Match the evidence to the product
Start with the exact model, manufacturer and any AFC reference shown on the listing. Ask for the certificate or assessment record and the corresponding test report. Compare model numbers, variants and manufacturing sites across the listing, labels and report.
Read the scope
Check the issuer, report date, sample identification, methods and results. Ask which characteristics were evaluated and whether the evidence covers the version being quoted. Save the reviewed records with your purchase specification.
Resolve discrepancies
If a reference is missing or a report lists a different model, ask for a written explanation and updated evidence before approving the order.
